🔁 Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If the product is received in good condition, the buyer is entitled to return or exchange the item within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition
  • The product is unused, or only inspected to verify its functionality
  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The product is not intentionally damaged, mishandled, or altered
  • The customer provides the original invoice or proof of purchase

Note: The right to return or exchange may still apply if the product becomes damaged or defective through no fault of the customer, provided the customer informs us immediately and provides supporting evidence.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Software licenses or digital products
  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or negligence
  • Products that have been customized or modified

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer support team within the 14-day return period and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos, if applicable)

Upon approval of the return request, we will provide instructions for the return shipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


4. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return:

  • Defective or damaged products: Return shipping will be covered by us.
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund in accordance with our policy.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account
  • If the product shows signs of significant use or damage beyond normal inspection, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly

6. Exchange

If the customer requests an exchange, a replacement will be arranged after the returned product is received and verified to be in acceptable condition.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

In the event that the product is delivered damaged or becomes defective through no fault of the customer, the customer is entitled to a refund or exchange. The customer must notify us immediately and provide supporting evidence such as photographs or proof of damage.


8. Warranty Claims

Products purchased from our store may also be eligible for manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
For warranty claims, customers must provide the invoice, serial number, and proof of defect.
